Program description

NS Logistics TMS ("NSLogi") sends text messages on behalf of the trucking company whose system you use, and for your own account security. Message types:

• Dispatch and load messages to drivers and owner-operators: new assignments, stop changes, document reminders, pay statements ready.
• Tracking and document links to brokers, shippers and receivers: a link to a load's live status, or a request to upload a bill of lading or proof of delivery.
• Account messages: sign-in codes, invitations, password resets.

We do not send marketing texts. A carrier's dispatcher may text you because you work with, or haul for, that carrier; NSLogi delivers the message on their behalf.

Consent

You agree to receive these messages when you give your mobile number to a carrier that uses NSLogi, accept a driver or portal invitation, or enter your number in the app. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time as described below.

Message frequency

Frequency varies with your loads and activity — typically a few messages per load for drivers, and one or two per load for brokers and shippers. Account messages are sent only when you request one.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. NSLogi does not charge for texts.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further. Drivers who opt out still see everything in the driver app and can turn texts back on there or by replying START. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of e-mail or in-app notifications, which the app's settings control.

Carriers and delivery

Supported on major US carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and others). Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy

Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the messages above and are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
